Vidmaker has been acquired by YouTube for an undisclosed sum. Vidmaker created an online collaborative video editor which enables real time editing, sharing, and management of videos between multiple people.
Vidmaker provides an online video editor that lets you work with video on any device, anywhere and with anyone. The company is a graduate of TechStars Cloud 2012. Dale currently serves as the CEO at Vidmaker, and prior to that Dale was a software engineer at Sony Creative Software in Madison.

CE member Vidmaker recently demoed their cloud video editing platform at the debut of the first class from TechStars newest accelerator located in San Antonio. Vidmaker joins CE companies SPILL and Murfie as past and present TechStars participants.
